Exchange policy

At Haul Yogi, your satisfaction matters to us. While we do not offer monetary refunds, we provide exchanges to ensure you receive the right product and quality you deserve. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are available only if:

  • The product once delivered can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

  • Size or style of the product can be exchanged under this policy.

  • The product for exchange shall be dispatched by the customer to our warehouse at A-15 Alok Nagar, Lohamandi, Agra-282010.

  • Please contact our on our e-mail or whatsapp for updates and tracking of the exchanged product.

• To qualify for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • All return tags must be intact and the product must be sent back in its original packaging.

• Exchange requests must be raised within [7 days] of delivery by contacting us at haulyogi@gmail.com with your order details.

2. Refund Policy (Exceptional Cases Only)

• We do not refund money under normal circumstances.

• Refunds are only considered if:

  • A product is defective beyond repair.

  • An incorrect product (wrong size, wrong color, or different item) has been shipped by us.

• In such cases, after inspection and approval, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

3. Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges unless the product received was defective or incorrect.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. How to Request an Exchange or Refund (Exceptional Cases)

2. Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility.

3. If approved, we will share the return instructions.

4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your exchange or, in rare approved cases, a refund.
